How to choose

• Check the spectrum first. Broad spectrum cbdMD products list no THC. The full spectrum gummy has 3mg hemp-derived THC, and the Sivan tincture has 1.5mg per 1mL.
• Compare CBN per serving. It ranges from 8mg in the Sivan gummies to 20mg in both cbdMD sleep gummies.
• Look for melatonin. Most products add it, but the Sivan tincture is CBN without melatonin.
• Pick a format you will use. Gummies are a set dose, the oils adjust by the dropper, and the softgels have no flavor.
• Read the batch lab report and the ingredient list for herbs like valerian, hops or chamomile.
